Car Seats Needed: Did you know there are approximately 6200 children in
foster care in MS and 31 of those in Attala County? The need is simple!
Attala County has one car seat that Social Workers can transport children.
When a county social worker has to transport a foster child, the agency has to
provide and assure safety, by having the proper size car seat. There are three
types of car seats needed; infant, convertible and toddler. We are seeking
assistance in obtaining some car seats for the local county Child Protective
Services office. If this is something you can help with, bring your new,
unused car seat to the church office, and we will get it in the hands of those
who need it!
